When booking an appointment

  • First and last name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Any health contraindications relevant to the procedure (only if you provide them voluntarily)

When placing an order in the shop

  • Name, surname, delivery address
  • Email and phone number
  • Billing details (if purchasing as a company)
  • Order history

When visiting the website

  • IP address and browser type (anonymised, via analytics tools)
  • Behaviour on the site (pages visited, time of visit)

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing orders, bookings, invoicing and delivery

  • Orders and invoices: 10 years (statutory obligation)
  • Bookings and communication: 3 years from the last contact
  • Marketing consents: until consent is withdrawn
  • Analytics data: 14 months (anonymised)

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • Courier services — name, address and phone number required for delivery
  • GlobalPayments payment gateway — payment data for online card payments
  • Accounting software — billing details for issuing receipts
  • Public authorities — where required by law
